At the start of this month, I've been having problems with some of my electronical devices.

-Laptop battery not charging while plugged in

-PC not booting up properly (just like last January)

-My PS4 controller starting to go*

-The black ink in my printer not working*

*Was able to fix these problems (buy a new controller and dampen the ink cartridge)

I thought I needed a new AC adapter cord to fix my battery issue but that wasn't the case. If anyone knows how to fix this, let me know.

As for my PC, I'm still turning it on at least 3 times a day to see if it will boot up properly again (it worked that way before). But if I can't get it to work, then I'll have to either ask my dad for his (since he hasn't used it since getting rid of his internet to save money) or I'll have to do all my work on my laptop until I can get another PC (god knows when that will happen).

Over a year ago I got a notice saying that "Chrome couldn't update to the latest version" and suggest that I reinstall Chrome. I never did it cause I was worried about losing all my bookmarks. I also sadly can't update it cause of an error.

Chrome Error 1
Chrome Error 3

But today, I got a notification here on DA saying that "We don't support your current browser version. Please upgrade your browser, it includes important security updates."

Chrome Error 2

Though it's not as bad yet, I'm worried that I won't be able to fully access the site soon due to my version of Chrome being outdated and I don't know what to do. If any of you can help me sort this out, I would be very grateful.

Earlier this summer, I bought the Kingdom Hearts collection and was looking forward to becoming a fan of this franchise. But not long after I started playing the first game, I quickly started to not have any fun.

I had a hard time fighting, I kept on getting lost, and I'm not a fan of the controls (O to jump, X the attack, and Square to dodge/block... not to mention that you have to parry an enemy attack by attacking it back instead of blocking it like in other games). I soon learned that I had a hard time fighting was because at the start, you have choose between a sword, and shield, and a wand (one to keep, one to give away). I thought they were to represent a branching path. But in reality, you choose to be strong at either Attack, Defense, or Magic. Then you have to choose how weak you are at one of them (in this case I chose Strong Magic and Weak Attack, which was the worst path to take). After 3 hours in, I had to stop and start a new game (was at the moment where Sora meets Donald and Goofy).

On my second run I chose Strong Defense and Weak Magic. And things were going more smoothly, until I got to where I was. Once I reached Olympus, I started to struggle again (against Cerberus) because I didn't know you have to "Equip" dodge once you unlock it, instead of it been equipped automatically for you. Then when I got to Agrabah and Monstro, it got a whole lot harder for me to fight the enemies and progress. I told my buddy Erin-Gamer-90 about it and mentioned that I was playing on Final Mix difficulty (cause the game said it was for those who were new to KH). And that's when he dropped the bad news on my, that I was supposed to play it on Beginner difficulty, and... I had to start from scratch... AGAIN!

Upon hearing that news, I dropped the game for a few weeks, started a new game, and got up to where I left off. Then I took more time off before I continued. And while it was a challenge, I wasn't as mad. Then when it came time to do the Hercules Cup, I struggled again, but this time because I didn't bother to switch to another Keyblade (cause of a PSN trophy that can be earned but beating the game without swapping equipment... BTW some of the trophies in this game are BS). Once I swapped, the enemies and bosses were a joke.

It looked like everything was going my way, but then today, my anger came back. While fighting through Hollow Bastion was annoying, it wasn't as annoying as going through the "End of the World" (the final world in the game), mainly the parts were I had to fight Chernabog and a gauntlet of Heartless in one go without any save spots in-between. And then when I got to the final boss fight with Ansem, I full on rage quitted. Even with Sora nearly at level 50, having the strongest Keyblade in hand, and a whole stock load of potions, I can't seem to beat him (I go down in 3 hits if I don't heal up).

Even on beginner, I'm not having fun. The only thing I can think of is just fight countless Heartless and grind/level up until I'm strong enough to fight him. But at the same time, I want to finish the game as fast as possible (finishing it before 2023 ends) so that I can quickly move onto the next game (next year).

I really wanted to get into this game (and fandom) as my way of celebrating 100 Years of Disney, but instead I just had a frustrating time. Doesn't help that I'm not the biggest fan of Fantasy RPG games. Also... I really only bought the games to live through the story and not the gameplay (which to everyone else, it's the other way around). Maybe I should've just watched the cutscenes on YouTube so that I could understand and get into the story and lore of this 2 decade long franchise.

I tried my best to like this game when everyone else loves it. But I have to be honest, this is one of the worst games I've ever played. I'm surprised that this series became so big despite this game not being fun to playthrough. And because of my experience, I'm not sure if I can play through the other games (unless they are FAR better than this one).

Should I finish Kingdom Hearts 1? Is leveling up the best way to beat the final boss? Are the other games a massive improvement over this? Let me know down below.

Well, here it is, the Sonic Frontiers DLC that we've all been waiting for. Is it any good? Well from what I've played so far, and given the title of this journal... it's not. In fact, I'd say this my least favorite of all the DLC's.

Sure you get to play as Tails, Knuckles, and Amy (with their own unique skill set and trees), but even they aren't enough to save this.

In case you don't know what, The Final Horizon DLC is an alternate ending to the main campaign, where instead of doing what you've already done in the previous islands, this time Sonic enlist the help of his friends to get the Chaos Emeralds while he performs a series of trial to unlock a new power during his Super Sonic phase to take down the final Titan (who becomes the true final boss this time around instead of a giant moon).

The parts with Amy, Knuckles, and Tails can be fun (especially Tails once you unlock his Tornado 2 upgrade and fly across the map), but unless you take your time and explore all of Ouranos Island, you won't be spending much time with them. Not to mention that you can't freely switch between them. After one of them finds a Chaos Emerald, you automatically swap over to the next character and can't play as the previous character until later on. And even if you do spend a lot of hours playing as each of Sonic's friends, you'll still be spending more time playing as Sonic during his trials.

And this... oh ho ho... THIS is the reason why this DLC is unfair. While not all of the trials, and the towers you have to climb to get the them, are bad, there are some that are really annoying to get through, especially with the fact that all your levels have been nerfed back to Level 1. Tower 1 is the worse one to climb, and Trials 1 and 2 can be a real pain.

But NOTHING compares to the final trail; The Boss Rush Trial, where you have to beat the previous 3 Titans again back-to-back... in one go... with these nerfs...

If you're thinking "Oh, it's not really that hard and you're just terrible at the game", well guess what... you're DEAD WRONG! Even on Easy Mode, this trial is no joke. You have to be FLAWLESS the whole time; from every pixel perfect attack and parry (and trust me you will be parrying constantly in these trials) to finishing off each boss without losing so many rings (cause they don't replenish in-between fights). If you make one tiny mistake (like losing some rings as normal Sonic) or waste too much time fighting Giganto and/or Wyvern, you've already lost. And if you manage to get to Knight and nearly defeat him, if you lose all your rings and fail, you're going right back to Giganto and have to start again from scratch, losing about 15-20 minutes of your playthrough.

And Knight truly is the worst one out of the 3. You will need to make sure you have at least 200 rings on you by the time you face him (and make sure you don't lose them before you turn into Super Sonic, that alone will kill the run). And the worst part is trying to guide his shield back at him in the first half while he fires missiles at you (that's a real time killer).

I have yet to beat this trial (farthest I've gone was draining 2/3 of Knights health before I lost) and I know I can do it, but the fact that you will fail constantly for hours upon hours until you've perfected all 3 fights is just borderline... "unfair". It's probably going to take me WEEKS to beat this, if not MONTHS. Everyone complained that the base game was too easy and now they're complaining that it's too hard. My advice the next time you complain about the game being too easy... just shut your mouth and enjoy the game for what it is.

First Crash and now Sonic? Kids games are not suppose to be like Dark Souls! They're meant to be fun and casual with "a little bit" of challenge to them.

You know what they say about how a bad ending can ruin a great movie/show? Well, can a bad DLC ruin a great game? Maybe not this one, but I definitely won't be returning to Frontiers anytime soon after beating The Final Horizon... as well as never starting the DLC over again... EVER! As if A Hat in Time's "Seal the Deal" DLC wasn't bad enough.

AngieS-Hedgefox and WilliamCeleste-Arts, big props to you guys for finishing it. I feel your pain...
